QualityOpen does not operate servers for the core app. We do not collect, store, or have access to research data, documents, codes, or transcripts.

2. What Data We DO NOT Collect

  • ✕Analysis: Coding structures, memos, matrices.
  • ✕AI Inputs: Sent directly from your computer to the AI provider via their API; we do not intercept, store, or log.

3. Optional Telemetry

Anonymous crash logs and usage statistics are collected only if you explicitly opt in. The default is OFF. Telemetry never contains document content or research data.

4. Third-Party Services

  • →AI Providers: You may use your own API key to send data directly to AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) under their respective privacy terms.
