1. License

QualityOpen is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). You are free to use, study, share, and modify the software. See the LICENSE file in our repository for full terms.

2. Data

We do not collect, store, or process your research data. You are solely responsible for the data you analyze and the API keys you provide for optional AI features.

3. No Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss or research inaccuracies. This is standard for open-source software.

4. Contributions

By contributing to QualityOpen (via pull requests, issues, or otherwise), you agree that your contributions will be licensed under the same AGPL-3.0 license.
